This 20 stories high "GREEN" residential condominium acquires over 52,000 square feet. It sits at the corner of 14th street and 3rd Ave. one of the busiest areas in downtown Manhattan. The easement of which to execute the work was confined due to numerous reasons. DOB, MTA, and other regulations and codes restricted our normal means and methods procedure of executing the work. RCJ implemented new strategies to fulfill our obligation under the given contract for construction of this 20 stories high condominium even under strike enforceable codes and regulation. It was a successful project./p>
