Underpinning - is the support phase of the foundation creation. It is the permanent support that replaces the older supports beneath a wall or a column. Concrete underpinning, which RCJ provides, offers more strength to the stabilization of the foundation phase.

Shoring/Bracing - this method prevents undue movement and bulking of an excavated area. This application of steel brace and support between the lower ends of the shores and the platforms lessen the weight of a structure from its foundation to the shoring. This process is also used as supplemental support for buildings damaged by fire or by underpinning failure.
